Initial enrollments to the 403(b) plan should be completed with the representative. Please refer to the annual schedule: breo-husseysched.2012.xls.
Employees under the age of 50:
- are allowed to contribute (defer) up to a maximum of $17,000 of his or her salary to his or her 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan during the 2012 calendar year. This is $500 more than allowed in 2011.
Employees who are age 50 or older during the 2012 calendar year:

are allowed to contribute (defer) up to a maximum of $22,500 of his or her salary to his or her 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan during the 2012 calendar year. This is $500 more than allowed in 2011.
- These are aggregate limits for all 403(b) salary deferrals combined: e.g.: $14,000 to Lincoln Alliance plus $8,500 to Lincoln Life Annuity.
