Flexible Spending Reimbursement Requests are only available to employees who enrolled in a Flexible Spending Account.  All participants must re-enroll during open enrollment every November to be effective the following January. 

Employees who participate have until March 15 of the following year to incur claims and have until March 31 of the following year to submit claims for the current year.
