WCA MAIN CAMPUS - NEW!!! Employee Wellness and Chemical Dependency Exercise Room
C'MON DOWN TO THE SECOND FLOOR ( WHERE DR. FRITZ'S OFFICE USED TO BE) AND SEE AND USE THE GREAT CARDIO AND NAUTILUS EXERCISE EQUIPMENT!!
YOUR WCA CARD SWIPE WILL BE NEEDED FOR ENTRANCE.
WE ARE SHARING THIS SPACE WITH THE CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY PATIENTS SO FOR HIPPA RIGHTS I'VE ATTACHED THE TIMES WHEN EMPLOYEES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE EQUIPMENT. Otherwise it's open for your convenience 24-7-365!!
The smaller employee exercise room on the second floor of WCA's main campus will continue to remain open all day, everyday, for all shifts convenience!
No swipe card necessary and it is only for employee use.
And remember JMHC still has some cardio equipment and free weights for those employees there!
If you have not been oriented to any of the exercise rooms and would like to use them, I've attached an employee questionnaire and employee guidelines that are required for the use of all of the exercise rooms both at WCA and JMHC.
