Congratulations Tad Cronin
May 2011 HCAHPS Employee of the Month
A member of our Maintenance team, Tad Cronin, Painter, who works meticulously and thoroughly to keep our hospital freshly-painted, was selected as our May HCAHPS/Employee of the Month for his rapid response to a patient in need of immediate care.
As demonstrated by HCAHPS qualities under the category of "Patient Communication", Tad went out of his way to keep our patient safe and demonstrated excellent skills as a patient advocate.
"Tad quickly obtained a stretcher and helped lift our patient onto the stretcher," stated the nomination submitted on his behalf. "I was so impressed with Tad’s quick and rapid response while handling himself in such a competent and outstanding manner."
Employed at WCA since February of 1989, Tad’s Supervisor, Jack Munella Jr., says Tad is an ideal candidate for this award. "Not only does he take great pride in his work, but he always places WCA first and has the hospital’s best interest at hand," said Jack. "His title may say Painter, but it goes way beyond painting!" Tad’s recognition is richly deserved and we send our congratulations his way!
