Congratulations Jane Fox
November 2009 Employee of the Month
Our November Employee of the Month, Jane Fox, L.P.N. on the Dialysis Unit, demonstrates the principle of 'Putting The Patient First' each and every day. “Jane deserves this honor as she continually displays the ability to make her patients her first priority,” stated one co-worker.
“She looks at the whole patient and has the uncanny ability to make them smile as well as make them feel confident that their nurse is taking great care of them.” Co-workers also cited her ability to make the patient feel comfortable. “She goes out of her way to make sure her patients are comfortable,” stated one nomination remark who said that Jane is a joy to work with. “And it doesn't stop there! She even brings in little gifts for her co-workers!”
Jane joined the WCA Family in April of 1989. Her Supervisor, Pam Meurer, said the only words to describe Jane are, “what a delight”. “She is a manager's ideal employee,” said Pam. “She always does her job with a smile. She does more than her share of work, and she seeks out co-workers to help them with their duties. She is truly loved by her patients as they know she genuinely cares about their health.”
Staff says it's the little things Jane does that makes their day feel special. “We are truly honored to have the pleasure to work with Jane and nominate her to receive this well deserved award.” We extend our thanks to Jane for going the extra mile to put our patients (and staff, too) first!
