WCA Hospital is committed to providing quality care, and strives to make the patient's experience as convenient as possible. We offer two ways for patients to pre-register for scheduled services: by phone and online.
You can pre-register online from the comfort of your home, with everything that you need within your reach. When you arrive at the hospital your paperwork will be waiting for you.
In order to pre-register on-line, you must know the date and time of your test or procedure.
YOU CANNOT PRE-REGISTER ONLINE IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS WITHIN THE NEXT 72 HOURS
Please complete the online pre-registration form at least 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled visit to allow adequate time for processing your information and for following up with your insurance company.

If you pre-register online, you will be advised where to report to finalize your registration. Bring your insurance card(s) and photo ID.
If you have a co-payment due, please be prepared to pay it at the time of your appointment.
