Little Ricky Twins Visit WCA

Jamestown, New York (Sunday, August 7, 2016)—Photo Release—Twin brother child actors, Joseph and Michael Mayer who played the fictional character from the American classic television series, “I Love Lucy”, Seasons 2-4, made a stop-over at WCA Hospital during the Lucille Ball Comedy Festival attractions, signing autographed postcards and visiting with patients and staff. Pictured with Michael and Joseph, shown dressed in signature festival pink shirts, WCA Hospital 5D medical-surgical unit nursing staff from left, Tricia Bailey, Kaylyn Reed, Jessica Prior, Ashley Glichowski, Ashley Perdue, Olivia Sinatra, and Trevor Mullard gathered together for a special picture moment. Born and raised in Los Angeles, the boys were the sons of Max and Eva June Mayer. Enjoying their time at WCA, the Mayer twins shared mesmerizing stories in relation to their young acting years when they had the unique advantage of working with actress, comedian, model, film-studio executive and producer, Lucille Ball. The legacy of Lucille Ball has been proudly honored in Jamestown by the Lucy Desi Museum and Center for Comedy since 1996.
