Jamestown, New York (Friday, November 23, 2007)—In the spirit of the Holiday Season, Waldenbooks at the Chautauqua Mall invites the public to buy stuffed polar bears that will, in turn, be donated to young patients admitted to WCA Hospital.  From November 23rd through December 14th, customers may purchase the polar bears for $5.99 each with the purchase of three or more book items, or purchase the bears at the regular price of $12.99 each.

“The stuff animals are a terrific way to help ease the fear and anxiety of our small patients who are hospitalized,” said Linda Johnson, WCA Public Relations Rep at the hospital.  “We are appreciative to Waldenbooks and the local donors who purchase a bear on behalf of this worthwhile cause.”
