Managing a program with great poise mixed with a sense of humor, Michelle, Program Manager - Outpatient Mental  Health, makes her job look easy.  "She skillfully helps us work through our travails, letting us know we have a friend and confidante at WCA," said one nomination.

"She exudes a positive attitude and is the best person to challenge our program for the latest innovations in cutting edge clinical services,"

said Andrew O'Brien, Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health Services.  "I am proud to have witnessed Michelle's career growth through the organization as she has assumed her leadership role impeccably."

One co-worker describes Michelle's leadership position perfectly, "She is the anchor person who intuitively guides, trains, teaches, leads, and manages with poise and skillfulness."

For her dedication to making WCA a warm and caring place to work, and for always going the extra mile for her patients, families and staff, Michelle was given the honor of being named WCA Hospital's February Employee of the Month.
