Congratulations Jessica Bailey
May 2009 Employee of the Month
They say secretaries are the glue that holds it all together. Talk to any staff member on 3D and they will tell you that Jessica Bailey, Unit Clerk, is one of those professionals and a reason they selected her as our May Employee of the Month.
Her job title reflects the variability in her job and scope of the projects she undertakes. "Jessica is an outstanding worker who gives 110 percent on the job," remarks one co-worker who nominated her for employee of the month. She treats patients and workers with the utmost respect and is willing to make sure our patients' and families’ concerns are met."
A member of the WCA for five years, staff says Jessica is an excellent unit clerk. "We have a great team here," said Ruth Walton, R.N., Nurse Manager on 3D. "We never forget that we are here for the patients. They are our number one priority and Jessica keeps that in mind while performing her day-to-day responsibilities. She is loyal, efficient, supportive, and conscientious. Indeed, Jessica has made quite an impression on our staff and we are very glad to have her on our team."
Without a doubt, Jessica truly is the glue that holds everything together and this month we celebrate her exceptional work ethic. Congratulations!
