Margo Rey
Margo Rey Cover Photo Born in Acapulco, Mexico and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, singer/songwriter Margo Rey is an artist whose diverse talents span the gamut from musical theatre and acting in films, to numerous voiceovers and hit singles on the jazz, dance and pop charts. She has had two #1 dance hits, an original Christmas hit, an adult contemporary pop hit and another on the way.

Margo spent the early part of her career in New York and finally settled in Los Angeles to pursue and create music on her own terms while supporting herself as a voice over and on-screen actress. She was signed by one of the top agencies for voice over in the country (Abrams Artist Agency) and has a long roster of national commercial spots as well as a role in the Disney movie, Beverly Hills Chihuahua.

Margo’s music caught the attention of two-time Grammy-nominated comedian, Ron White, television mogul and Margo’s husband, Dr. Phil McGraw, and five-time Grammy-nominated record producer, Michael Blakey (former president of  Virgin/2k Sounds). Together, they formed Organica Music Group and made Margo their first signing. The record label is distributed by Fontana Distribution, a division of Universal Music Group.

In August of 2011, “Let The Rain” (which Margo co-wrote with John Oates) was released and remained on the charts for 21 weeks. “Let The Rain” earned the title of “Hot Shot Debut” on the Billboard Mainstream AC charts and has paved the way for Margo’s new single “Between Us” which was recently released. This will be the second hit single from Margo’s upcoming CD “Habit” which was produced by Margo Rey and Elton Ahi.

Margo is a two-time breast cancer survivor, but as she prefers to call it – a “Breast Cancer Warrior.” Even while battling breast cancer, Margo didn’t stop pursuing her music or serving as an active philanthropist. Wherever she performs, she welcomes all Breast Cancer Warriors to join her on stage in a joint effort to raise awareness to this amazing cause. To learn more, visit
